Please note the following policies to help us make your rental a great experience:

Specific delivery times are NOT GUARANTEED! We will deliver your rental items between 9am-3pm on the requested 'Start Date'. All items will be dropped off and locked up in the safest location at the provided drop-off address. Images will be provided. Bikes will be secured with combination bike locks for you to borrow during your rental. See your order confirmation for combination lock code.

No refunds. In-house credits only.
Please leave all items locked up and in the same location as when we dropped them off.
Items must be out no later than 9am on the designated pick-up day.
DO NOT CHANGE THE PRESET COMBINATION LOCK CODE!!
Lost or Stolen Items:
You are responsible for any items delivered to you for the entire duration of the rental agreement. In the event of a loss, you will be charged full retail replacement cost of any and all items in your possession. Please make sure all members using our products lock them at all times when not in use, including when placed in garages. Just2WheelsRentals LLC reserves the right to repossess any items found unlocked and unattended at any time during the rental with no refund.
Refunds & Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rental, please notify our staff as soon as possible. We will gladly exchange items; however we do not offer refunds. In-house credits only. No refunds due to bad weather!
Liability:
Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Just2WheelsRentals LLC harmless from and against any claims or causes of action for death or injury to persons, or loss or damage to property that exceed the limits of Liability Insurance, whether provided by Just2WheelsRentals LLC or customer, and arise out of or are caused by the ownership, maintenance, use, or operation of any rental item leased or furnished under this agreement. Customer further agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Just2WheelsRentals LLC harmless from any claims or causes of action that exceed policy limits that Just2WheelsRentals LLC is statutorily required to pay and would not be required to pay under the terms of this agreement. Customer further agrees to release and hold Just2WheelsRentals LLC harmless for death or injury to Customer, Customer’s employees, drivers, passengers, permissive users, or agents, arising out of the owners permissive users, use, or operation of any rental item leased or furnished under this agreement.
